"Confidence is not walking into a room with your nose in the air, thinking you are better than everyone else. It's walking into a room and not having to compare yourself to everyone in the first place."
Confidence is the ability to display your value in a way to attract those around you. When you display confidence, you are showing the world you are satisfied with what you have, yet desire to become better each day to benefit others.
A lion could crush a bowling ball with its jaws, yet at the same time be as gentle as a lamb. Confidence can be defined as unrestrained power. As leader's ability may be great, they often defer credit for achievement to a team. A leader's wisdom enables them to make quick decisions, they often allow others time to become leaders. A leader's strength allows them to carry the load, they often assist others to become stronger. A leader's experience often is extensive, the ability to listen and allow others to speak creates confidence in others.
Be the leader you were destined to be by investing in the potential of others. Being the best at what you do is often demonstrated in developing the best in others. Great leaders require little credit for what they accomplish. Their reward is in the success of the development of future leaders. The desire to develop leaders is the key to being a great leader. Leaders who are focused on their own achievements often miss the opportunities to help others grow. When a leader seizes the opportunity to develop future leaders, they will become greater leaders.
Confident Leaders are not born, they are developed. We are all given gifts for the purpose of serving. We were given the opportunity to develop those gifts. We are leaders not to arrive at a destination, we are leaders to help others to continue the journey. The measurement of a leader is duplication. If you are looking to be the confident leader you know you are, Call Me! I look forward to waling that journey with you.
